MeusClub Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the MeusClub app, meusclub.com and connected digital services. The Italian version is the reference version. Translations are provided for user convenience.

1. Service provider

MeusClub is provided by Tenpaso Ltd, a company registered in Malta.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to the mobile app, website, profiles, bookings, community, chats, wallet, payments, Player and Club services, and AI features including AI Coach and AI Assistant when available.

By using the service or creating an account, you accept these Terms. The Privacy Notice is separate and explains how we process personal data.

3. Role of MeusClub and sports clubs

MeusClub provides a digital platform connecting players and sports clubs and enabling bookings, communications and management tools.

MeusClub does not operate sports venues and does not provide the sports service itself. Each club remains responsible for court availability and safety, prices, memberships, cancellation rules, refunds, no-shows, on-site payments, venue access and complaints about the sports service.

The commercial relationship for bookings, events, memberships or other sports services remains between the Player and the club. MeusClub may technically facilitate the flow, including payments and notifications, but does not replace the club in its responsibilities.

4. Eligibility

You may use MeusClub only if you have the legal capacity required by applicable law, are at least 16 years old and, if you are a minor, have permission from a parent or guardian, provide truthful and up-to-date information and keep your credentials secure.

If you create or use an account on behalf of a club or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

5. Account and security

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must inform us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not transfer your account without authorisation, create accounts to bypass restrictions, impersonate others, use unauthorised bots or scraping, or bypass security measures or plan limits.

6. Available services

Depending on country, account type, active plan and club configuration, MeusClub may provide Player and Club profiles, club search, bookings, matches, events, wallet, payments, subscriptions, community content, chats, sports statistics, player level, AI Coach, AI Assistant and promotional content.

The service may evolve over time. We may add, change or remove features, subject to mandatory user rights.

7. Conduct and content

You must use MeusClub lawfully, respectfully and consistently with a sports community.

Illegal, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, spam, phishing, malware, impersonation, unauthorised disclosure of personal data, infringement of intellectual property rights, non-consensual intimate images and inappropriate content involving minors are prohibited.

You may upload only content for which you have the necessary rights. If photos or videos include other people, you must have an appropriate legal basis to publish them.

8. Moderation and reports

Users may report content or behaviour through the tools available in the service or through support.

Depending on severity, MeusClub may issue warnings, remove or limit content, temporarily restrict features, suspend or close accounts, and report to authorities when required or justified by law.

You may request a review of a moderation decision through support channels.

9. Prices, payments and subscriptions

Some features are free and others require payment. Prices, currency, duration, renewal and included features are those shown before purchase in the relevant web or app flow.

Payments may be handled through Stripe, app stores, club wallet, payment at the club or other methods shown in the flow. MeusClub does not store complete payment card data.

In case of failed payment, a paid feature or subscription may be suspended or end.

10. Bookings, cancellations and refunds

Terms for bookings, events, cancellations, refunds, no-shows and leaving matches primarily depend on the club policy and on the information shown before confirmation.

If a booking or payment concerns a club sports service, disputes about the sports service or the club's commercial policy should first be addressed to the club. MeusClub may technically facilitate notifications, statuses and refund flows, but does not decide on behalf of the club.

11. Consumer withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer, you have the rights granted by applicable law. For digital services and digital content, withdrawal rights may be excluded or end in cases provided by law, for example when you request immediate start of the service and give the required confirmations.

12. AI features

AI Coach and AI Assistant provide informational support. They are not medical, legal, tax, financial or professional sports advice.

AI responses may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. You must verify information before making important decisions.

13. Service licence

Tenpaso grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence to use MeusClub in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass technical limits or exploit the service without authorisation.

MeusClub trademarks, logos, software, editorial content and distinctive elements remain owned by Tenpaso or their respective owners.

14. Third-party content

The service may contain links, integrations, promotional content or information from third parties, including clubs and external providers. MeusClub is not responsible for such content except as required by law.

15. Electronic communications

We may send service communications by email, in-app messages or push notifications. These may concern security, account, bookings, payments, changes to the Terms or operational information.

Service communications are not marketing. Promotional communications are managed according to applicable privacy choices and consents.

16. Account closure

You may request account closure through service settings or by contacting support.

Account closure stops access to the service but does not remove obligations or responsibilities already accrued. Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Notice.

We may suspend or close an account in case of breach of Terms, fraud, abuse, unlawful use, valid authority request or service discontinuation.

17. Liability limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Tenpaso is not liable for malfunctions due to external causes or third-party providers, content or conduct of users, clubs or third parties, quality or safety of club sports services, decisions made based on AI or third-party content, indirect damages or loss of profit not directly caused by Tenpaso's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability where the law does not allow limitation.

18. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the updated version with a new date. For material changes we will use an appropriate communication channel and, where necessary, request a new acceptance.

19. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Maltese law, subject to GDPR, directly applicable EU rules and mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's country of residence.

For consumers resident in Italy, the consumer forum remains available where required by law.
